Meet Dr. Jason Cooke

Dr. Cooke is originally from Marquette located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan. He completed his undergraduate education at Northern Michigan University in 1997 and his Dental School education at the University of Michigan in 2002. After receiving his Doctor of Dental Surgery (D.D.S) degree he continued to advance his education by completing a three-year residency in Periodontics at the University of Michigan where he received his certificate to specialize in periodontics, as well as his Masters of Science Degree (M.S.) in 2005.

Following the completion of his residency, Dr. Cooke moved to the Fox Valley area and worked in private practice until opening Fox River Periodontics in the spring of 2007. He is a board-certified periodontist–a distinction less than 50% of currently practicing periodontists meet nation-wide. He holds active membership in the American Dental Association, the Wisconsin Society of Periodontists, the Midwest Society of Periodontics, the American Academy of Periodontics, Wisconsin Dental Association, and the Outagamie and Winnebago County Dental Societies.

Dr. Cooke and his wife, Jill, have two children, Connor and Lyla. He enjoys hunting, fishing, hockey, and spending time with his family.
